The Weekend jumped straight into the Sunday Times fiction top ten on its first few days of sales and I can’t tell you how much it means to scale those heights. There has been so much positivity around this book – I’m truly grateful for all the support and never take it for granted.

It’s almost ten years to the day since I received the email that changed my life – the offer of a two-book deal from Bonnier – and I’m so pleased that they’ve been my publisher ever since. Waterstones in Nottingham hosted a wonderful launch for The Weekend last week and it was followed on Saturday by the #TM10 party – a celebration of ten books in ten years – which was such a fun, joyful event and one of the absolute highlights of my writing life so far.
